Mission Bend Municipal Utility District No. 1 (the "District") is a political subdivision of the State of Texas. The District contains approximately 670 acres of land and is located within Harris and Fort Bend Counties.

The District was created for the purpose of constructing and operating water, sewer, and drainage services to its residents.
